  • How can I follow my package ?

    When your order is payed, the status will be automatically updated by our MBE La Rochelle team. When your package will be sent, you will receive an email indicating that the parcel tracking is available on your customer area.
  • What is the procedure to follow if my parcel is damaged ?

  • How do I know if my payement has been accepted ?

    From the reception of your payement, the status of your file will go through automatically into « Withdrawal in progress » which means that the payement has been validated and your lot in the process of being withdrawn. You will be notified by email.
  • Is the package insured ?

    Your package is covered by the transport insurance. This insurance covers a package deal €/kg and not the actual value of your package. We can offer a specifique insurance « MBE SAFE VALUE » which covers the value of your item and the shipping charges. We have more information on our home page, article MBE SAFE VALUE.
  • Will I have to pay custom charges ?

    When sending a package out of the EU, all of our shipments are done by Delivery At Place (DAP), the rights and taxes of the customs are in the bills to the recipients.
  • Is it possible to be delivered to a relay points ?

    Yes, only if it’s a UPS access point. You can fill in the coordinates in « Delivery address » for this purpose.
  • What are the means of payment ?

    Through every actions we take, the health and safety of our employees, collaboraters and clients are our priorities. This is why, at the start of the pandemic, we have adopted a sanitary protocle. The delivery delays haven’t changed for the majority of our shipments, with the quality of our service for our transport partners. However in this period, none of the delivery delays are garantied by our transporters.
